MUME, Latin for “plum blossom,” applies modern techniques and local Taiwanese ingredients to create exquisite dishes that provide contrast in taste and texture.
Helmed by chef Richie Lin, the team strives to continuously explore the gastronomic world by developing a deeper relationship with local farmers through new and exciting produce.
MUME has been awarded one Michelin Star from 2018 to 2020. It is also ranked 18 on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants in 2020.
